• Description: This is a portait of my friend's dog named "Boss". Painted as a surprise gift and she seemed to like it :). This is my first time successfully painting with glazing technique using acrylics. I had to order some glazing liquid from UK to make it possible. It was pretty amazing stuff! Underpainting was done with a mixture of white gesso and a cheap black acrylic paint. Underpainting was sealed with acrylic matte medium before starting the glazing. Around 3-4 layers of color was sufficient for the glazing part.
